The aim of the course is to show the practices of the economic-managers of methods and tools of various cost accounting systems and possibilities of their use in the process of optimizing the level of costs in the manufacturing company. During the course you will become familiar with the information structure of various cost accounting systems, furthermore learn the methodology of cost management in terms of functional and procedural approach.
