RCFA covers issues related to the practical implementation of problem-solving tools to eliminate problems associated with the reliability of operation lines. During the training discussed are the various tools teamwork: 5x Why, Ishikawa diagram, Cause Mapping. RCFA analysis process comes to performing the following steps: Definition, Analysis, Prevention.
