Aim of the Program
This program aims to increase leadership competencies and self awareness of the participants with respect to Islamic values. It combines modern approaches of leadership with traditional Islamic tenets.
Scope of the Program
This program deals with methods and issues such as increasing awareness of what kind of leadership competencies we must have during the process of Communication and Management that we face in social as well as professional life, transforming this awareness to a behavior, knowing ourselves and people around us, building a bridge between our values and attitudes.
