TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE (TPM)

Failures? Downtime? Shortages? The problem with the machines work? The answer to these problems is the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Is a set of proven techniques and solutions which aim to optimize the efficiency of machinery and equipment used in manufacturing operations.

Comprehensive, because it involves each staff member and covers the operation of all machinery and equipment. Productive, because actions are taking place in parallel with the manufacturing process applies noise reduction and strives to prevent accidents & production deficiencies. Maintaining because the activities are carried out to implement such standards which will maintain the machinery and equipment in good condition by performing minor repairs.

The object of the training is continuous improvement activities in the maintenance of equipment and team to develop improvements to the maintenance as well as increase efficiency in the use of machines and production equipment by using the coefficient of efficiency of technological line or production cell. During our course will be presented principles, methods and tools used in Total Productive Maintenance.
